Terms and Conditions for Workshops Conducted by Don’t Look-Up Fashion

Welcome to Don’t Look-Up Fashion workshops. By enrolling in any of our workshops, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.⁠ ⁠Enrollment & Registration:

Registration for workshops is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Participants must provide accurate details during registration.

2.⁠ ⁠Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellation before 48 hours: You may cancel your registration up to 48 hours before the workshop. In such cases, a refund will be processed, subject to applicable conditions.

Refund Charges: A processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount as per our refund policy.

Cancellation within 48 hours: No cancellations will be accepted if the request is made less than 48 hours before the workshop.

No Rescheduling: Once registered, rescheduling of the workshop is not allowed under any circumstances.

No Refund for Non-Attendance: If you fail to attend the workshop after registration, no refund will be provided, and rescheduling is not available.

3.⁠ ⁠Workshop Content:

Workshop content is the intellectual property of Don’t Look-Up Fashion and is not to be recorded, shared, or reproduced without prior permission.

4.⁠ ⁠Liability:

Don’t Look-Up Fashion is not responsible for any technical issues, such as internet connectivity problems, software glitches, or hardware failures, that may affect your participation in the online workshop.

We are also not liable for any personal loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of external links, resources, or materials provided during the workshop.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and a stable internet connection to attend the online sessions.

5.⁠ ⁠Workshop Cancellation by Organizers:

In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled due to an unforeseen emergency or situation beyond our control, participants will be informed of the cancellation in a timely and professional manner.

The rescheduled date for the same workshop will be communicated in advance, and your registration will be automatically transferred to the new date.

6.⁠ ⁠Changes to Terms:

Don’t Look-Up Fashion reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice.

By registering for our workshops, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
